About Us

The Sutphin Boulevard BID is a special tax assessment district that is managed by the Sutphin Boulevard District Management Association, Inc. (DMA).  The DMA is a grass roots community based organization that is comprised of property owners, commercial tenants, residential tenants, government representatives and oversight is provided by Community Board 12.

The DMA serves one of the most vibrant communities in Queens with a commercial corridor that is home to several prominent public institutions which include the Civil and Supreme Courts for Queens County, the Long Island Rail Road headquarters and rail hub, and most recently, the AirTrain Terminal at Jamaica Station.
