If you own property within the Sutphin Boulevard commercial district, you are a member of the Sutphin Boulevard Business Improvement District (BID). Membership entitles you to vote during our annual meetings.  It also ensures that you receive updates and important information pertaining to the district. Although the annual meeting is open to the public, only registered Members of the Sutphin Boulevard District Management Association (this is the organization’s legal name) may vote at the meeting. Members may opt out of registration and voting by checking the box below.

Please note, property owners within the boundaries of the Sutphin Boulevard Business Improvement District (Sutphin Boulevard between Hillside and 94^th Avenues) are eligible for one formal membership in the Association.  To ensure that your interest is represented we must have your registration information on file in our office.
