It is with great pleasure that we announce the return of the annual Harvest Festival.
The festival will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 between the hours of 11am until 6pm. Hillside Avenue to Jamaica Avenue will be closed completely during this time to accommodate the festival and its participants.
Last year we saw almost 15,000 people throughout the day, and hosted hundreds of participants including sponsors, vendors, community organizations, services, poets, comedic entertainers, performing artists, and creative minds who showcased their unique arts and crafts.
Based on the achievements of the prior Harvest Festival, we anticipate over 20,000 people and hundreds of participants, both returning and new. The Harvest Festival will allow us to open the door for economic advancement, promotion and support for hundreds in our community.
This will be the second largest event of its kind in our community of southeast Queens. Your sponsorship is needed to undergird this effort and provide us with the overwhelming success we desire. Please find attached a contribution breakdown and the benefits of contributing to this event. We are a non-profit organization created to improve the quality of life here on Sutphin Boulevard.
